From Call Center to Salesforce Pro: A Career Transformation Story

Salesforce and Tech were not what Michelle had planned for herself after graduating college. Upon returning back home to, Guatemala, she expected to work her way into the design industry, instead, she found a position working for T-Mobile.

Michelle, became familiar with how call centers are run, the importance of Key Performance Indicators, and understanding the clients she worked with. A few years later down the road, she ended up finding a job in Salesforce and it completely changed her life! She was now a woman in tech, utilizing her design degree, and service experience to now working as a Salesforce consultant and business analyst with various clients of all industry backgrounds.
